These Terms of Use and Disclaimer ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Arar Games ("Studio," "we," "our," or "us"), founded and managed by independent developer Koray Arar in Bursa, Türkiye. These Terms govern your access to and use of our video games, specifically Blocked: Pixel Panzer and Paint Trek across Android and Windows PC platforms, as well as our official developer blog Mayhem Corporation (mayhemco.blogspot.com), our studio website (arargames.com), and related digital services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, browsing, or playing our games or visiting our web properties, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Services and uninstall our games from your devices.

1. Eligibility and User Representation

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or that you possess legal parental or guardian consent if you are a minor under applicable law. You further represent that you possess the full legal capacity and authority to enter into and abide by these Terms.

2. Limited License Grant

Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, Arar Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, access, and play our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible personal devices that you own or lawfully control.

This license does not convey any ownership interest, title, or proprietary rights in or to our software, audio-visual assets, or online services. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved exclusively by Arar Games.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, visual art, character sprites, environments, animations, user interface layouts, audio tracks, sound effects, logos, trademarks, promotional materials, texts, devlogs, and documentation embodied within Blocked: Pixel Panzer, Paint Trek, Mayhem Corporation, and Arar Games are the exclusive intellectual property of Arar Games and Koray Arar. These works are protected under domestic copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws of Türkiye, as well as international intellectual property conventions and treaties.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, broadcast, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit any portion of our games or online content without prior written authorization from Arar Games.

4. Prohibited User Conduct

You agree to use our Services responsibly and in good faith. You specifically agree not to engage in, facilitate, or encourage any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, decrypting, or attempting to derive the source code or underlying architecture of our games, except to the extent permitted by mandatory statutory law.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain unfair competitive advantages, alter high scores, or manipulate leaderboards.
  • Developing, deploying, distributing, or utilizing cheats, automation scripts, bots, hacks, memory scanners, or unauthorized third-party software intended to modify or interfere with gameplay.
  • Bypassing, disabling, altering, or circumventing any digital rights management (DRM), anti-cheat mechanisms, license verification routines, or security features embedded in our software.
  • Distributing, hosting, re-uploading, mirroring, or providing unauthorized download mirrors of our application packages (.apk, .msix, or executable files) on third-party websites or networks.
  • Using our games, blog, or contact channels to transmit defamatory, unlawful, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, or malicious material, including malware or spam.

5. Digital Distribution Platforms and Store Terms

Our games are distributed through authorized third-party digital storefronts, including Google Play (operated by Google LLC) and the Microsoft Store (operated by Microsoft Corporation). Your download, purchase, in-app transaction, and installation of our titles are also governed by the respective terms of service and end user license agreements (EULAs) of those platform operators.

In the event of a direct conflict between these Terms and the applicable terms of the digital store through which you acquired the game regarding marketplace transactions, refunds, or hardware licensing, the store operator's terms will govern solely with respect to those marketplace aspects.

6. Streaming, Video Creation, and Fan Content

We celebrate gaming culture and enthusiastically support content creators. You are permitted to broadcast, stream, record gameplay videos, and publish reviews featuring Blocked: Pixel Panzer and Paint Trek on video sharing and livestreaming platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and social media channels. You may monetize such videos via standard partner advertising programs, provided that your content is non-commercial in nature and gives appropriate credit to Arar Games.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

Arar Games explicitly disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that our games will operate uninterrupted or error-free, that technical defects will be corrected immediately, or that software compatibility will be maintained across future operating system updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Arar Games or Koray Arar be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages for lost profits, data loss, device malfunction, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of our games or Services.

In jurisdictions that restrict the limitation of liability, our cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you, if any, to purchase the specific game giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arar Games and Koray Arar from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and legal expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or unauthorized use of the Services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts and execution offices of Bursa, Türkiye.

11. Severability and Modifications

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our games, blog, or website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
